Current prices are shown on our website. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Payment is made monthly or annually in advance depending on the selected plan via the specified payment method.
In case of payment default, we reserve the right to suspend access to the platform.
We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health as well as in cases of intent and gross negligence.
In case of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
Liability for indirect damages, in particular lost profits, is excluded.
Free accounts can be terminated at any time without giving reasons.
Paid subscriptions can be terminated at the end of the respective term. Termination must be made at least 14 days before expiry.
The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.
All rights to the software, including source code, design and documentation, remain with us.
The Customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for the duration of the contract.
We reserve the right to change these Terms with effect for the future. We will inform the Customer of changes in good time.
Should individual provisions of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding UN Sales Law.
The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent legally permissible, the registered office of the provider.
